Pharmacy in my kitchen
We aim to educate future mothers and society towards a healthier lifestyle through our program, structured around environment and health.
Participants learn to replace chemicals with natural alternatives beneficial to both body and environment. This includes making natural soaps from olive oil, honey-based products with aromatic plants like Lavender and Rosemary, and items such as tooth whiteners, lip balms, and natural remedies.
The program emphasizes healthy eating by reducing artificial additives, junk food, and unhealthy fats. Overall, our goal is to promote sustainable consumption habits, reduce environmental impact, and create socially and environmentally friendly products.

This program focuses on enhancing the relationship between schools (administration and teachers) and parents, who play a crucial role in the school's community. Schools both influence and are influenced by their social and cultural surroundings. Each group of 15 parents or educational staff will participate in 5 two-hour workshops and one lecture, coordinated with educational authorities.
Main Objective: The program aims to strengthen relationships between schools, teachers, and parents, fostering life skills, an enriching educational climate, and effective communication tools.

Establishing Environmental Leadership Infrastructure in East Jerusalem
The 'Environmental Footprint' program engages youth in sustainable leadership and community resilience skills. It consists of two parts: theoretical and practical. It teaches planning and implementing community-based agricultural environmental projects.
Focuses on behavior change (consumption culture) to increase community responsibility.
The director selects from these options:

Environmental Projects:
Establishing a school garden with ornamental flowers or fruit trees.
Creating a greenhouse for growing crops for student consumption.
Setting up an environmental laboratory.

Sustainable Workshops:
Hands-on activities like carpentry for classroom furniture or wooden planters.
Recycling workshops transforming clothes, paper, ceramics, and construction waste into useful items like planters and artwork.
Printing workshops for reusable cups and fabric bags.
These workshops aim to instill sustainable practices and practical skills, reducing the environmental impact and promoting eco-friendly habits among students.

Equip students with skills for a healthy consumer culture.
-
Provide tools to reduce environmental harm.

Produce eco-friendly social products.

Self-sustaining greenhouse
In 2024, the fifth self-sustaining greenhouse was completed in Jerusalem schools. This greenhouse in the schoolyard is not only visually stunning but also serves as a vital space for growing vegetables and plants. It functions as a hands-on classroom where students learn about sustainable agriculture and environmental stewardship. Working in the greenhouse educates students on plant life cycles and ecosystem impacts, fostering a deeper appreciation for nature. Beyond its educational role, the greenhouse enhances the school's architectural appeal and promotes a greener, more engaging learning environment.
